1. Product Information

We deal in bulk supply of makhana (fox nuts) in various grades such as 6+ HP, 6+ Normal, 5+ HP, etc.
All products are natural and may have slight variations in size, color, and texture.

2. Pricing & Orders

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Bulk pricing depends on quantity and grade.
Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or mutually agreed terms.

3. Payment Terms

We accept bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed payment methods.
For bulk orders, partial or full advance payment may be required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on order size and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched.

5. Returns & Replacement

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted.
In case of genuine quality issues, claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

6. Usage & Storage

Makhana should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Improper storage may affect quality, for which we are not liable.

7. Limitation of Liability

DesiPops.co shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
